It Is Time For Our Leaders To Stop This kind of Discrimination Against University Graduate Trained Teachers.
It has been particularize in the 1992 constitution in article 17 clouse 1 “All persons shall be equal before the law”. Now come to think of it, when will this graduate teachers be recruited to fulfill the mandate of article 17 of the constitution.
A reform that was currently implemented last year was that all the colleges of education are now going graduate with degree. So won’t they post them after graduation?, what is the differences between COE degree and that of university?.
This is luck of equity and social coherence on the part of the government. How long are we going to continue staying in house when they are more vacancies in other parts of the country.
They all receive the same training and passes through the same courses yet they have denying from this postings since time immemorial.
Is high time we start to fight for our rights as a citizen. We are tired of this pressitude and zabernism.
