Our Mental Health is an Issue that cannot be neglected , the human brain actually controls your entire body, train your brain and your body will follow, undergoing this training as a candidate means you are going to learn about your personal mental health, mental health others and Emotions to be able to challenge yourself in the market place of ideas, also to recognize signs of mental challenges about yourself and others then seeking Professional help.
Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown the world into a state of fear, anxiety and panic and the entire population worldwide is in a state of mental trauma, how do we balance ourselves Psychological and Emotionally for an improved wellbeing is the major Issues to deal with with.
