A 70 YEAR OLD WOMAN IN A TAG OF WAR WITH SAMPA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY OVER A PIECE OF LAND.
The NKWANKWAA FAMILY of SAMPA the capital of the Jaman North District in the Bono Region have as a matter called on all stake holders in the area to intervene between the said family and the authorities of the District Assembly led by its DCE Hon Adane Ankomah .
In an interview with journalists in sampa the spokesperson for the NKWANKWAA FAMILY ; Thomas Atta Sie his 70 year old mother Abena Krah acquired a legal documents from the Sampa Traditional council committee secured a 4 building plot true legal which the Assembly thinks is closer to the District Police Commanders bungalow hence can cause public nuisance which has compelled the building inspectorate board of the Assembly have written a demolition notice on the ongoing story building of the 70 year old woman which some people have built theirs without any qualms close to the said Assembly land .
For this reason the NKWANKWAA FAMILY have strongly warned the Assembly to stop any demolition exercise remarked to take place on the said land which the spokesperson said would compel the Jaman North District Assembly to court if they there try to carry up any demolition exercise since the NKWANKWAA FAMILY acquired the land through legal means. If truely this woman really deserve the land please hand it over to her, just imagine her age when she is not working anywhere all she have for now is that piece of land which she farms on it and harvest to survive. Taking it away from her will be a disaster to her. So please let us help her in anyway that we can so she can also survive the days she has left on earth.
